Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can set up a new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mails on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply select the mailbox you want to redirect mail messages from, then select the destination email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
